Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4th Class Power Engineering designation required
- Pool Operator certificate is an asset
- Knowledge of energy management systems and HVAC an asset
Responsibilities:
- Preventative maintenance and servicing of physical plant and mechanical facilities
- Services and repairs in all public and guest areas
- Installation and troubleshooting of electrical equipment, including lighting and other controls
- 120-220V wiring in restaurants, pool and public areas
- Maintenance and replacement of boiler motors.
