It is a very exciting time of growth for Quisitive, and we are currently hiring a Power Platform Consultant to join our expanding Manage Services team who enjoys the challenges of consulting and has strong technical capabilities and business acumen. As a Power Platform Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Power Virtual Agents.
This role can be located anywhere in the United States, but we would prefer Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Chicago, Denver, Phoenix or Tampa.

WHAT ELSE WOULD SET ME APART?

  • Previous consulting and/or managed services experience in a customer-facing role
  • Previous position with a Microsoft systems integrator
  • Working knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate/Flow
  • Experience with full lifecycle SharePoint implementation, upgrade and deployment; M365 SharePoint tenant administration; familiarity with M365 Premium features, data platform and AI/automation
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400)

Responsibilities:

WHAT WILL THIS ROLE ENTAIL?

Responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering and supporting Power Platform services and solutions for Quisitive clients
  • Documenting detailed business requirements, functional design specifications, delivery plans and user-focused test scripts
  • Mitigating, identifying, troubleshooting, resolving and escalating client issues and incidents as necessary on behalf of clients
  • Working closely with clients to meet delivery and support service-level agreement expectations

WHAT’S REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE?

  • 3+ years working experience with the Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Power Virtual Agents
  • Working experience with Microsoft Dataverse and Teams
  • Strong problem solving/troubleshooting, decision making, time management and organizational skills
  • Adept at requirements elicitation and mapping client business needs and technical solutions to M365/SharePoint functionality
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to develop productive customer/team relationships and work across functional boundaries
  • Ability to take ownership of assignments, successfully handle multiple work streams and embrace change in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor; level-headed composure while managing to deadlines and shifting priorities
  • Innovative thinker with a desire and aptitude to always be learning and adapt to new business and/or functional concepts
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
