Role: Power Platform Developer

Essential Skills: Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
? Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyzerequirements, ensuring solutions meet business needs.
? Develop and manage Power Automate workflows to streamline and automate business processes.
? Create and maintain data integrations using Common Data Service (CDS), SQL, SharePoint, and other data sources.
? Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and other team members.
? Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
? Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing expert-level support to end-users.
? Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in the Power Platform, incorporating new features and best practices into development processes.
? Document application architectures, technical specifications, and user manualsEnsure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with organizational policies and industry standards.
Desirable Skills: Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
? Proficiency in Common Data Service (CDS), SQL, SharePoint, and other data sources.
? Strong knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
? Experience with Power BI and other components of the Power Platform.? Deep understanding of software development principles, methodologies, and lifecycle.
? Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.? Leadership abilities and experience mentoring junior developers.? Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
