Job Description

• Follow best practices and processes defined by the company in order to work with high standards of quality
• Support in implementing website related tasks
• Usage of Content Management System (CMS)
• Implement content updates and ensures the accuracy of information
• Supporting translation processes for website, Google Search ads and CRM topics
• Support in tracking web metric goals: analytics tracking, reporting, insights & performance for the website
• Supporting the continuous evolution of xBU websites across EA region, making sure it is state of the art
• Relationship with agencies and internal technical stakeholders
• Country support for online touchpoints
• Maintainance of the CRM Newsletter calendar for EA region
• Implementation of newsletter campaigns from various stakeholders
• Working closely with the technical team to ensure timely launch of the campaigns within the CRM platform
• Supporting keyword optimisations for regional SEA paid ads

Qualifications

• Active full-time student status in Hungary at Bsc or Msc level, in the field of economics
• A personality capable of independent problem solving
• Outstanding communication skills
• Proactive way of thinking
• Flexible task-solving skills
• User-level MS Office knowledge (word, excel, ppt)
• Fast and precise work
• Accurate follow-up of projects
• Able to communicate in English
• Knowledge of German is an advantage
• Knowledge of Adobe programs for small editing tasks is a plus (Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
• A commitment of at least 30 hours per week
• Minimum commitment of six months
