About the role
Ready to work with a large advertising budget in one of the UK’s biggest in-house Marketing departments? We are looking for an experienced PPC Specialist to join our Marketing department in our Hillington Head Office.

Hours
Full time: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm. Flexible start and finish times.
Location
This is a hybrid role which involves a mix of working from home and in our Head Office in Hillington, Glasgow.
About the role
You’ll be responsible for driving digital growth via our pay-per-click advertising accounts on key business goals and objectives, ensuring a strong ROI.
Working closely with our Design and Marketing teams, we’re looking to take our pay-per-click marketing channels – search, display, video and social media – to the next level.
The ideal candidate will approach challenging business problems with a positive attitude and be focused on changing our business for the better. We’re looking for a results-oriented individual with the drive to meet and exceed our business objectives.
Day-to-day duties
- Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of numerous campaigns across a range of business areas.
- Apply optimisation techniques and experimentation on an ongoing basis to ensure maximum performance and ROI.
- Design and execute tactical and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with members of the wider Marketing department.
- Provide regular campaign reporting and insights for stakeholders.
- Work with strategic leaders at Google and Meta, among others, to help drive performance.
- Think holistically about the impact of paid advertising on broader marketing strategy.
- Consider the digital customer journey at all times.
Essential skills
- Proven experience of pay-per-click marketing, predominantly on Google Ads and Meta
- Commercial-mindedness, and the desire to deliver high value to the business
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to produce consistent, high-quality results and outcomes
- Strong self-organisation, reporting and time management
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics and business intelligence tools
- Willingness to share knowledge and discuss tactics and approaches
- Enthusiasm for the latest trends in search and paid advertising
