EDUCATION

• High school diploma or equivalent required.; with 4+ years of years continuous improvement/ PPI experience.
• Bachelor’s degree- prefer science, engineering, technical preferred with 2+ years continuous improvement/ PPI .

EXPERIENCE

• 2+ years continuous improvement/ PPI with bachelor’s degree
• 4+ years continuous improvement/ PPI with high school diploma
• interpersonal skills – speak to all levels
• Data analysis – analyzing & communicating data

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

• Proven experience in implementing process improvements within a business or engineering environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a track record of facilitating successful Kaizens.
• Strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with diverse teams and leadership.
• Demonstrated capability in training, coaching, and developing process improvement skills in others.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team to achieve goals.
