JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Summary:
As the Digital Site Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and performance of our digital platforms, including mobile apps, immersive technologies, and other digital touchpoints. You will work closely with multi-functional teams to ensure the flawless functioning of our digital assets to drive user engagement, implement valuable innovations to drive a digitally enabled culture learning and continuous improvement
Digital Platform Management
Lead project management and quality directives for digital solutions and implementation to site ensuring they meet regulatory standards. For Example, eBR/DPM/Swipeguide and eLogbooks.
Support building the site roadmap and strategy with the digital enablers.

Explore and embed appropriate technologies into the Operations and Engineering teams, train and trouble shoot operational performance challenges and to meet right first-time and performance goals.

  • Own the management of our digital platforms, ensuring they are up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with business goals and cGMP.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement digital solutions and enhancements, for the optimization of training, development and operational reliability.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement and end user UX experience through improvement workshops, audits to supervise and improve the user journey and site usability engaging with appropriate partners
  • See opportunities to increase the transfer of site legacy training to digital interface and drive end user engagement from push to pull.
  • Lead the Digital Twin scanning of the site in collaboration with wider site personal. Innovate within the Matterport cloud service to improve efficiency, drive remote training solutions, reduce time waste, and enable remote presence for SME, auditor and client.

Understand and develop potential use cases for AI and the application of Gene AI.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Marketing, Digital Media, Information Technology) desirable.

Or Lean/Continuous Improvement

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:

  • GMP, GXP, UX experience.
  • Regulatory knowledge!

EXPERIENCE:

  • Demonstrable experience (5 years) in leading digital platforms, preferably in training and development and/or continuous improvement in a regulated environment.
  • Solid understanding of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Quality Management Systems (QMS), VR, AR, Digital Twins, Pharma 4.0, Content Management Systems (CMS), and SaaS.
    A 3-year track record of leading continuous improvement initiatives.
    Experience of client interactions in a regulatory compliance environment.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Collaborative, strategic focus to drive multi-functional relationships both internal and external.
  • Leadership skills and flexibility to work with and lead piers influence senior leaders and work with the shop floor building trust and a collaborative environment.

  • Digital transformation experience
