Description:
WE’RE SEARCHING FOR SOMEONE WHO WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A WORKING DAY WHICH INVOLVES:
- Project management: you will be working across PR, digital, social media, and marketing accounts where planning ahead and hitting deadlines is crucial
- Client management: regularly meeting with different clients, both face-to-face and over calls, to ensure our clients are always front of mind and receive the best service from Refresh. You will need to have a genuine interest in our clients and what they do, and want to create relationships with them
- Teamwork: we have a team of experts who can take on content creation, copywriting, media planning/buying, PPC and more, so we’re looking for our new team member to be able to work with our team to deliver this activity (rather than needing to do it all yourself!)
- Multi-tasking and juggling different jobs
- Caring about your work and getting stuck in: you’ll be hitting the ground running
- Developing and managing PR/digital/creative campaigns aligned to clients’ objectives
- Coaching teams to ensure they’re delivering quality results consistently. You’ll be considerate and supportive to other team members
- Staying calm and collected in pressurised situations
- Being proactive and enthusiastic
- Creating brilliant, creative campaigns that set us apart from other agencies

You’ll be part of our client-facing account team, which includes associate directors, account directors, managers and specialists.

This role is based predominantly out of our Manchester office. If you’re not at a client meeting or networking event, we ask you to come into the office to collaborate, work with our team and generally feel part of our company. Around client commitments, networking events and office time, our team members tend to take one day a week working from home. It is down to you to set your week.
