Description
Are you a dedicated and driven individual looking to jump into a career in the communications and PR industry? Apprentify are hiring on behalf of our client for a PR & Communications Apprentice to join their team in Manchester. The company are a full-service law firm providing expert legal services, known for its client-focused approach and strong reputation in areas such as family law, property, corporate, and dispute resolution.
As a PR and Communications Apprentice, you will support the business in planning, developing, and delivering engaging internal and external communications. You will gain hands-on experience in event organisation, media relations and PR, while also contributing to social media content strategies.

• Grade A*-C (4-9) English and Maths at GCSE or equivalent for apprenticeship availability

• Supporting internal communications, ensuring key messages are effectively shared across the firm.
• Organising and promoting internal events that enhance employee engagement, whilst delivering key messages.
• Assisting in PR activities, including drafting press releases, liaising with media contacts, and monitoring press coverage.
• Brainstorming creative ideas for both internal and external communication campaigns.
• Researching, planning, and developing content across multiple platforms, including company newsletters, the firm’s intranet, and social media.
• Assist with creating social media content to support internal and external communication initiatives.
• Measuring and reporting the performance of communication campaigns.
• Keeping up to date with emerging trends in PR, communications and social media to improve strategy and engagement.
  This role is ideal for someone who is organised, creative, and passionate about communications—whether it’s engaging employees, strengthening the firm’s brand, or supporting business development initiatives.
  You will be working in the office 3 days a week from Sale and 2 days from home.

Training to be provided
You will undertake the groundbreaking Apprentify/Juice Academy PR and Communications Level 4 apprenticeship.
