Job Overview: Sky Life Holidays is seeking a dynamic and experienced Public Relations (PR) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic PR campaigns to elevate the brand’s visibility and reputation in the travel industry. This individual will work closely with internal teams, media partners, content creators, and influencers to craft compelling narratives that showcase our travel offerings and strengthen our market presence. Key Responsibilities: ? Develop and implement PR strategies that enhance brand awareness and foster positive public perception of Sky Life Holidays. ? Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers, and other key stakeholders to secure coverage in local, regional, and international media. ? Manage press releases, media pitches, and corporate communications to ensure accurate and consistent messaging. ? Collaborate with the marketing team to align PR efforts with broader marketing campaigns, including product launches and special events. ? Coordinate and manage media inquiries, interviews, and press conferences. ? Monitor media coverage and manage media reports, ensuring timely responses to both positive and negative press. ? Handle crisis communications and safeguard the company’s reputation by managing sensitive situations effectively. ? Organize and execute PR events, including travel fairs, influencer trips, and industry conferences, to promote Sky Life Holidays. ? Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging media opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. ? 3-5 years of experience in public relations, preferably in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industries. ? Strong network of media contacts within the travel and tourism sectors. ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English. ? Proven ability to craft compelling stories and narratives that resonate with various audiences. ? Experience managing crisis communication and handling sensitive media issues. ? Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. ? Proficiency in social media platforms and understanding of influencer marketing.
