SUMMARY

The PR and Influencer Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic PR and influencer marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth for KAYALI across the UK and European markets. This role requires a creative, analytical, and results-driven individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of the beauty and fragrance industry.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in PR and events or influencer marketing, preferably within the beauty or fragrance industry
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in at least one other European language (French preferred)
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and a natural communicator
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting platforms
  • In-depth knowledge of the beauty and fragrance industry, including current trends and key players.
  • Experience with influencer marketing platforms (e.g., Brand Watch, Tribe Dynamics) and PR tools (e.g., Cision)
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative PR and influencer strategies

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive PR and influencer strategies aligned with KAYALI’s marketing calendar and global brand objectives.
  • Drive KAYALI to achieve and maintain top Global Earned Media Value (EMV) across influencers and press
  • Continuously analyze market trends and competitive brand activations to keep KAYALI at the forefront of the industry
  • Manage and grow KAYALI’s influencer database across UK and European markets, with a focus on identifying and nurturing relationships with forward-thinking content creators
  • Implement innovative influencer campaigns and partnerships that drive brand awareness and sales
  • Analyze influencer performance data to optimize strategies and improve ROI
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key beauty and lifestyle media contacts across UK and European markets
  • Develop compelling press materials, including press releases, product information, and brand storytelling content
  • Secure high-impact media coverage, including product features, interviews, and brand stories
  • Plan and execute engaging PR and influencer events, both in-person and digital, to support product launches and brand initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution and maximum impact
  • Utilize tools such as Brand Watch and Tribe Dynamics to track, analyze, and report on PR and influencer campaign performance
  • Provide regular insights and recommendations to senior management based on campaign results and industry trends
  • Manage freelancers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence
  • Collaborate effectively with global teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and best practices.
