Responsibilities:

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE AND TEAM:

We have been appointed to partner with the marketing team within our client’s Healthcare division to drive their brand and content marketing pillar forward. This pillar will focus on growing and elevating our client’s brand and event brands. The Brand and content marketing pillar’s primary focus is converting audiences into event attendees, increasing ticket sales, and improving attendee quality.
The PR Manager is tasked with overseeing the relationship with our client’s PR Agency, who are responsible for advancing and crafting the PR strategy for each brand within our client’s B2B portfolio. You will establish OKRs for the PR agency to achieve, including monitoring and reporting on their performance. Collaboration with the broader marketing team and the Digital Centre of Excellence is also required to execute the overarching PR strategy.
You’ll join a team of over 30 people, managing and owning project plans. You’ll collaborate with the broader marketing team and work closely with our client’s external agencies and partners.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

This is a hands-on role where you will work with Marketing Pillar Leads and Marketing Managers and their teams to improve knowledge of PR Strategy, best practice, and guide them on the best use of digital marketing channels – including email and social. PR is a strategic channel to help put our client’s business on the global B2B events map and this role will be critical in helping to achieve that.
Internal Comms is a fundamental part of the role where you will work closely with the Head of Brand and Content and our clients’ Marketing Director to help promote brand values, business vision and business narrative, helping to keep employees engaged.
