Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Administrative or Practice Assistant who is highly organised and dependable to join our rapidly growing business. We are a diverse group, and are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, hard-working and has a positive attitude.
This full-time position in our Sydney office will allow you to utilise your strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent administration and organisational abilities, and play an integral part in our growth and overall success.
We’re in search of someone who will embrace a variety of responsibilities that may come their way.
You will work closely with our Partners and fee earners, providing high-quality legal support to ensure the smooth running of the real estate practice.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to the real estate practice.
  • Diary management and extensive travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organise legal documents, including correspondence, briefs and trial materials.
  • Hard copy and e-filing.
  • Client liaison and communication.
  • Email management.
  • Billing and expense management.
  • Time entries.
  • Generating reports.
  • Maintain client and matter records and databases.
  • Ad hoc administrative duties including printing, scanning and photocopying.
