This post will interest you if you are an experienced and innovative qualified registered social worker seeking to contribute through embedding current approaches to the development of best practice across both children’s services and adult care prevention and personalisation teams
Working through a hybrid model this is an exciting opportunity to experience innovative ways of working, apply creativity and vision and to be involved in local and national initiatives to develop a competent and confident workforce for the future.
Key priorities for the team are the assessment, support, education and quality assurance of newly qualified social workers and social work students. As a Practice Development Lead, you will also have the opportunity to work alongside the L&D design team to contribute to the design of training materials and deliver training to the existing qualified workforce. Ideally, you will have achieved stage 2 of the Practice Educator Professional Standards or be working towards them.
