Description:
You will play a lead role in the implementation and maintenance of quality improvement initiatives providing professional/clinical supervision, mentoring, teaching and coaching to ensure the workforce has the required skills and knowledge to deliver safe, clinically effective, recovery focused, person centred care. This will be a facilitative role, leading and delivering agreed programmes of development and improvement that promote person-centred, safe, evidence based, recovery focused care, working alongside nursing staff, clinical leads and senior leaders to take forward, evidence and monitor service improvement. The role is an essential component in supporting and complimenting the Trust training and development programmes ensuring that the highest standards of care are implemented and that services meet statutory regulations and national standards
