REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • A polished senior leader with over 5 years’ experience, comfortable working across all levels of organisations across a range of industry sectors
  • A well-developed understanding of digital transformation and innovation
  • Advanced strategic and critical thinking abilities
  • Ability to identify, build and deliver both tactical and strategic change initiatives
  • An advanced understanding of workers compensation insurance policy and claims service delivery and associated risk management implications will be viewed favorably.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide thought leadership and technical insight in order to innovate and enhance solutions to support strategic goal achievement
  • Own the roadmap for the technological development of new and existing processes and service offerings
  • Advocate customer focussed solutions to business problems
  • Develop strategies designed to optimise existing processes
  • Lead and facilitate innovation and continuous improvement workshops, including presentation of analysis, findings and proposed solutions
  • Provide technical findings to the business in non-technical terms
  • Provide expert stakeholder management and subject matter expertise to the business
  • Conduct research, modelling, forecasting, measuring and reporting to support business decisions required for proposed solutions
