Practice Improvement Lead

Actively participate in the clinical governance committee Prepare ad hoc reports for the clinical governance committee and Trustee meetings including board as required. Provide coaching and mentoring to staff at all levels to build knowledge, skills and improvement capability. Facilitate training sessions and workshops on quality improvement methodologies. Support the development of a network of improvement champions within the organization.
Collect, analyze, and interpret clinical data to identify areas for improvement utilizing data to identify areas for learning and improvement and measure the impact of initiatives. Maintain and develop dashboards and reports to track progress and outcomes. Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Communicate effectively to ensure alignment and support for improvement initiatives. Represent the organisation at regional and national improvement forums. Stay updated with the latest best practices and innovations in healthcare improvement. Implement and sustain improvements to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in clinical practices. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
