Job Description
We’re seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the day-to-day operations of our Business Central practice. In this dynamic role, you’ll be pivotal in driving growth and innovation, wearing multiple hats as a strategist, leader, and technical expert.
You’ll develop and execute the strategic vision for the Business Central practice, ensuring market leadership and continuous growth. Leveraging your sales and delivery expertise, you’ll champion pre-sales activities, manage the development of GTM collateral, and collaborate with Microsoft on co-sell opportunities. Furthermore, you’ll lead or provide technical governance for customer engagements, ensuring successful delivery from proposal to execution.
Your financial acumen will be crucial as you oversee the practice’s PnL, establish pricing models, and develop cost estimates for customer engagements. Leading a team to its full potential is paramount, and you’ll achieve this through resource planning, hiring, and ongoing development, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
As a solution architect, you’ll enhance the practice’s service offerings aligned with the service catalogue, ensuring real value for customers. Working with the Practice Manager, you’ll develop and execute market-leading GTM strategies that differentiate our brand.
Your extensive knowledge of Business Central will be invaluable as you serve as a principal expert for the platform, engaging with clients of all sizes – small, medium, and large. You’ll also provide technical leadership and guidance to other technologists within the business.
Creating compelling content for sales and delivery initiatives is another facet of this role. As a people champion, you’ll provide direct reports with effective guidance and ensure ongoing skill development aligned with Microsoft competencies. Finally, a strong commitment to staying current with the latest advancements in Business Central is a must.
We are open to the right person being located out of NSW, QLD, VIC or ACT. Anywhere along the east corridor or Australia.
