Job Description Summary : Accountable for building, maintaining, and evolving the culture and community of Analyst Practitioners. The role oversees a team of practitioners and is responsible for hiring and retaining the best talent; coaching on knowledge, skills, and performance; building and evolving the Practice’s capabilities, and advising Practitioners on their work

EXPERIENCE AND / OR EDUCATION
- University or Graduate / post graduate degree or equivalent practical experience
- 10+ years of relevant experience in field of specialization
- Database management and Solution design
- Resource management and optimization
- Stakeholder management
