Job Description Summary : Accountable for building, maintaining, and evolving the culture and community of Analyst Practitioners. The role oversees a team of practitioners and is responsible for hiring and retaining the best talent; coaching on knowledge, skills, and performance; building and evolving the Practice’s capabilities, and advising Practitioners on their work

  • Oversee, manage and prioritize FTE plans, resource allocation on initiatives, ensuring appropriate level of expertise and capabilities are assigned to a Journey and/or Platform initiatives

EXPERIENCE AND / OR EDUCATION

  • University or Graduate / post graduate degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in field of specialization
  • Database management and Solution design
  • Resource management and optimization
  • Stakeholder management
