We are expanding and currently searching for a Practice Manager to join our growing team in Atlanta, GA. We have filled 5 of 6 new Practice Manager positions and need to fill our final position in Chamblee. This is a position in which we expect someone with business and operational experience to help grow our practice and your location. The Practice Manager partners with a Clinical Director to oversee and coordinate the general function and activities of a Barbour Orthopaedics & Spine location. The Practice Manager manages overall location operations and supervises the Patient Customer Service team, ensuring a positive patient and employee experience by always operating in line with the Barbour Way and Standards of Excellence delivering exceptional patient care.
Duties:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience driving business for a practice or healthcare facility.
  • Degree Required
  • Preferred: Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, and/or MBA
  • 5+ years’ of management experience
  • Expert knowledge and experience in the following key skill areas: Patient/Customer Service Management, training and development, medical office management.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, O365, NexGen and other EHR systems a plus.
  • Knowledge of and experience with medical office management with knowledge of medical issues and terminology
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and requests concurrently.
  • Ability to effectively deliver clear, concise communication.
  • Ability to excel as a team player daily & foster positive relationships between all departments and team members.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills and ability to be a self-starter.
  • Able to work under pressure with competing demands requiring ability to effectively organize and prioritize workload and time.
