REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma
- Three years of experience in management of professional and clinical staff
- Previous practice management or equivalent experience
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Health care experience with profit and loss responsibility
- Must be able to relate professionally and positively to physicians and staff withexcellent communication, interpersonal and management skills
- Marketing and geriatric experience a plus
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong clinical and reimbursement knowledge
Posted Max Pay Rate: USD $109,368.00/Yr. Posted Min Pay Rate: USD $104,160.00/Yr. Pay Transparency: Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related considerations. Notice:

Responsibilities:
- Provide intra-day monitoring of service levels and other KPIs
- Building community networks and relationships to assist with execution across key value levers. e.g., hospital, SNF, PCP collaboration and partnerships
- Provide a point of escalation to address patient concerns, patient complaints, and customer issues, both internally and externally
- Track inventory and ordering for necessary office and medical supplies
- Support new team members through onboarding and training processes
- Identify areas of quality and execution gaps for all team members and ensure appropriate remediation through coaching and feedback
- Monitor and evaluate individuals’ and team performance against defined productivity and clinical targets
- Identify improvement opportunities for individuals and the team as whole through interpretation of quality monitoring
