YOUR BACKGROUND/ QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in a Practice Manager role or similar role within the Healthcare industry
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills with a high attention to detail
  • Experience using practice management software is desirable
  • Strong customer service skills and understanding of the ethos of patient care
  • Ability to manage key expenses in line with the budget and focus on achieving KPIs
  • Brilliant people management skills and the ability to drive a positive team culture
  • Ability to engage, motivate and manage team members to achieve desired business outcomes
  • Experience in onboarding, training and rostering team members and the onboarding of new doctors
  • Mindset for business development, innovation and growth
  • Authorised to work in Australia

Responsibilities:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Practice Manager to join The Bright Side Medical & Skin Cancer Centre. This is the perfect role for a Practice Manager with the skills to facilitate change, develop initiatives and delegate within a vibrant and effective team. Supported by a dedicated Area Manager, you will lead the team at our Byron Bay clinic. Your key responsibilities will be to lead the team, grow the business and oversee the day-to-day operation of the clinic. The clinics current operating hours are 8.00am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Other key responsibilities for this role include;

  • Manage, support and mentor the team to ensure smooth operations
  • Drive productivity and efficiency within the clinic
  • Lead patient customer service excellence
  • Onboard and train new team members
  • Provide reception support as required
  • Active participation in marketing initiatives
  • Account and budget management
