Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 10 project managers focused on Commercial Lending Solutions within the EMEA region, supervising clients throughout Europe and potentially across the entire EMEA area.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, exceed expectations in high-profile engagements, and demonstrate subject matter expertise in commercial lending solutions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop new business opportunities, expand existing client revenue, and contribute to divisional revenue and EBITDA targets.
- Recruit and mentor qualified professionals, ensuring staff motivation and optimal utilization while driving employee engagement and creating a positive team environment.
- Set and maintain high standards of performance, address challenges effectively, and continuously seek opportunities for business growth, innovation, and improvement.
- Participate in setting business development strategies, lead educational programs, and represent FIS at industry events.
- Oversee project profitability, manage staff schedules, and ensure client satisfaction, while adhering to FIS policies and regulatory requirements.
