We are currently seeking a dedicated Practice Receptionist who provide the very important first contact with our patients. You will need to have great customer service skills, the ability to show compassion and empathy, along with a high standard of administrative abilities.
You will provide excellent service to our patients in accordance with PRP Imaging’s values and principles. Your responsibilities will include:
- Reception and general administration duties
- Managing data entry, appointments and patient enquiries;
- Liaising with referring doctors;
- Operating our booking system;
- Performing other duties as required by management
