Im Verantwortungsbereich CEO (Chief Executive Officer), der die strategische Ausrichtung und Weiterentwicklung von Covestro sowie der Unternehmenskultur beinhaltet, bist du Teil des Teams “Employee Lifecycle Management” und unterstützt uns bei der Betreuung aller personalwirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den jeweiligen HR Partnern oder HR Business Partnern (m/w/d).

Was wir bieten:

• Du trägst zur Umsetzung der operativen Personalarbeit, von der Einstellung bis zum Austritt inkl. Systempflege, bei
• Zudem unterstützt Du uns bei dem Vertragsmanagement und bei der Zeugniserstellung
• Die Begleitung organisatorischer Veränderungen und Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen fällt ebenfalls in Dein Aufgabengebiet
• In Zusammenarbeit mit Deinen Kollegen und Kolleginnen wirst Du in HR-Projekten mitwirken

Was Du mitbringst:

• Du studierst Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine ähnliche Fachrichtung, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Personalmanagement
• Du bringst Interesse und Leidenschaft für das Human Resources Management mit
• Du bist sicher im Umgang mit den MS Office-Produkten, erste Kenntnisse in SAP wären wünschenswert
• Eine hohe Eigeninitiative, Kommunikationsstärke und Verantwortungsbewusstsein zeichnen Dich aus
• Du hast Freude an der Arbeit im Team
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Dein Profil ab

Die Praktikumsdauer beträgt drei bis, von uns bevorzugte, sechs Monate. Teile uns bitte Dein mögliches Eintrittsdatum sowie die Dauer mit und bewerbe Dich mit Deinen vollständigen Unterlagen (Anschreiben, Lebenslauf, Zeugnisse, Immatrikulationsbescheinigung, evtl. Prüfungs-/Studienordnung).
