Your Tasks

• Creation of CAD models in the field of machining for aerospace structures with multiple clamping as well as creation of test drawings in Siemens NX and (occasionally) Catia V5
• Creation and provision of CAD models for 3D metrology/optical measurement
• Editing and advancing PMI models in CAD (3D dimensioning instead of drawing)
• Participation in feasibility studies and development of improvement proposals in development projects (e.g. hydrogen tanks)
• Coordination with specialist departments such as design, work preparation, metrology, production and NC programming
• Participation in the definition of devices and requirements as a basis for the design of operating equipment
• Presentation of the results

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s (m/f/d) degree specialising in production engineering, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering
• Good knowledge of design and manufacturing development, preferably of aerospace products and production engineering
• Very good knowledge of CAD, preferably in Siemens NX
• PLM knowledge (ideally Teamcenter) desirable
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
• Great interest in aerospace and new technologies (such as green hydrogen)
