  Stellenbeschreibung
  Aufgaben
  As part of ODDO BHF Asset Management’s Digital Marketing department, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the development of our public websites. You will ensure that they meet the needs of users and changes in our businesses and monitor their performance in order to adapt the strategy.
  You will manage the budget and liaise with the technical teams (business analysts, developers, web designers, etc.), agencies and business units (marketing, legal, compliance, etc.) to bring the various projects to a successful conclusion.

As Product Owner, your main day-to-day responsibilities will be as follows:

• Defining, clarifying and prioritising business requirements in conjunction with the technical teams
• Writing user stories
• Co-design and management of the site roadmap, ensuring that the schedule and budget are respected
• Monitoring development and testing in agile mode during technical team sprints
• Creating and updating site documentation (management rules, functional specifications, governance guide, tutori als, etc.)
• Updating content on the sites via the CMS, taking care to follow the SEO strategy
• Reporting incidents to the technical teams
• Making recommendations using the various analytics tools and your benchmarks

As Product Owner, you will also be required to:

• Support the product vision within the team
• Manage the redesign of the sites
• Monitor the deployment of tools designed to improve the performance and user experience of our sites (CMS, Analytics, etc.)
• Participate in ODDO BHF Group cross-functional projects (Design Sprints, etc.)
• Create activity reports

Anforderungsprofil

Anforderungen

• You hold a 5-year degree in digital or web marketing, have 3 to 5 years’ experience in this field, ideally in the finance sector, and already have experience in carrying out web projects and/or developing digital solutions
• You have a real interest in Product (discovery, data driven, roadmap etc.) and a good grasp of agile concepts
• You have a thorough understanding of user-centred design methods and a genuine UX awareness
• You have excellent interpersonal skills, are a skilled listener and customer-oriented
• You know how to take the time to understand our users and precisely identify their needs in order to provide the best possible solution
• Technophile, curious and open-minded, you understand the challenges of digital transformation in the asset management sector and the regulatory constraints to which these businesses are subject
• You have an analytical mind and are able to put forward proposals to solve problems and challenge solutions
• You have an excellent level of written and spoken English, with knowledge of German and/or French being a plus
