Hier bewirkst du etwas

• Inhaltliche Pflege von kuka.com, swisslog.com und swisslog-healthcare.com im Content Management System (CMS) “Sitecore”
• Erstellung und Überarbeitung von Webseiten und Webformularen, u.a. Stellenanzeigen, Produktseiten, News & Events
• Pflege und Verbesserung mehrsprachiger Inhalte - Steuerung des Übersetzungsprozesses in bis zu 20 Sprachen und 45 Ländern
• Testing bestehender und neuer Funktionalitäten in Sitecore – Schulung neuer internationaler Sitecore User
• Onpage-Suchmaschinenenoptimierung von kuka.com - Fehlerbehebung anhand von SEO-Reportings, Korrektur von Metadaten, Beheben kaputter Links, Korrektur inhaltlicher Fehler
• Erstellung von Reportings, speziell Website Analytics und SEO-Reportings und internationale Verteilung an Stakeholder
• Mitarbeit an der organisatorischen Arbeit der Abteilung Digital Marketing - Organisation und Strukturierung von Arbeitspaketen für das gesamte Team mit der Software Azure DevOps
• Kommunikation mit internationalen Stakeholdern
• Pflege des Team-Workspace auf Microsoft “SharePoint”
• Protokollierung von abteilungsübergreifenden Team-Meetings
• Dokumentation von Arbeitsschritten
• Lead Management im KUKA Customer Relationship Management Tool, Überprüfen von Leads und importieren mittels der Software entergon
• Erstellung mehrsprachiger E-Mails mit der Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Pflegen von Inhalten und Anpassung an Stylingvorgaben-Testing
• Besetzungstermin: ab sofort (ca. 3 Monate, bevorzugt 6 Monate)

Bewerberprofil

Das bringst du mit

• Immatrikulierte Studierende (m/w/d) der Fachrichtung Betriebswirtschaft oder Kommunikationswissenschaften, Schwerpunkt (Online-)Marketing wünschenswert
• Kombination aus freiwilligem Praktikum und Pflichtpraktikum
• Die vollständige Bewerbung mit Lebenslauf, Abschlusszeugnissen, aktuellen Notenübersichten und Anschreiben ist erwünscht
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
• Weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
• Eigenständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
• Hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
