Reception duties in an outpatient setting. Requesting and preparing medical records for clinics . Outcoming attendance and clinic s electronically. Scanning and saving medical records. Sending medical records to other departments.
A vacancy has become available within the pre assessment team at Royal Cornwall Hospital (Truro) and St Michaels Hospital (Hayle). The job is a ward clerk and the role includes reception duties, preparation of medical records before clinics and outcoming and discharging of records after patient appointments. Training can be provided by other team members and our IT training department. A sunny outlook and enthusiasm to help are the most valuable assets you need - we can teach you the rest.
