JOB SUMMARY:

GRAHAM Construction is looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Pre-Construction Design Manager to join our Building Division at Faslane/Coulport. This role is key to the successful planning and execution of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design management and be able to handle the complexities of pre-construction phases.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in design management within construction.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Must live within a 45min / 1 hour drive of Faslane/Coulport.
• Willing to undergo full Security Clearance.
• On-site presence required; no remote working.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage the design process from concept to construction.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure designs comply with project requirements and regulations.
• Manage design schedules and deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance and conduct design reviews.
• Oversee design documentation and reports.
• Facilitate communication between design and construction teams.
