JOB SUMMARY:

In this role you will be taking full responsibility and accountability for the Estimating and Pre-construction functions as well as managing a team.

EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & TRAINING:

  • Excellent client facing and communication skills
  • Already experienced in Pre-Contract management - have a degree (or equivalent)
  • Experience in preparing tender submissions
  • Experience managing a team
  • A strong capability in the use of Microsoft Office suite of applications which includes Word, Excel, Email etc.
  • Ability to build relationships, internally and externally

    Pay: From £60,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Newmarket CB8 0U

Responsibilities:

  • Sales support
  • Work in conjunction with the Director and lead Design Manager, Estimating and Project Manager to ensure all inputs to a bid are met on time and within budget
  • Management of DO/PCSA agreements
  • Work with Project Manager to ensure smooth handovers and successful project execution
  • Representing the business in a professional manner
  • Lead communication with clients in the pre-construction stages
  • Build relationships with clients for repeat business
