JOB SUMMARY:
In this role you will be taking full responsibility and accountability for the Estimating and Pre-construction functions as well as managing a team.
EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & TRAINING:
- Excellent client facing and communication skills
- Already experienced in Pre-Contract management - have a degree (or equivalent)
- Experience in preparing tender submissions
- Experience managing a team
- A strong capability in the use of Microsoft Office suite of applications which includes Word, Excel, Email etc.
- Ability to build relationships, internally and externally

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Newmarket CB8 0U
Responsibilities:
- Sales support
- Work in conjunction with the Director and lead Design Manager, Estimating and Project Manager to ensure all inputs to a bid are met on time and within budget
- Management of DO/PCSA agreements
- Work with Project Manager to ensure smooth handovers and successful project execution
- Representing the business in a professional manner
- Lead communication with clients in the pre-construction stages
- Build relationships with clients for repeat business
