With a starting salary of $19 to $21 per hour, you’ll be stepping into a role that’s both fulfilling and fun.

As a Pre-Fabrication Assistant, you’ll get to play a key part in assembling and prepping Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Protection, and HVAC components in our fast-paced facility. You’ll team up with skilled technicians and project managers, ensuring that everything meets top-notch quality standards and is set to roll out for installation at job sites.
What do you need to join our crew? A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma (or equivalent) are essential, but the real key to success is your can-do attitude and eagerness to learn! In this role, you’ll be hands-on, using tools to create prefabricated components across various trades. Whether you’re crafting shower valves, assembling electrical panels, or helping to maintain a safe and efficient work environment, each day offers a chance to make a real impact.

You’ll work Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., typically with a shorter day on Friday! Our in-person work environment means you’ll be right in the heart of the action, contributing to our projects and learning from experienced team members who are eager to share their knowledge.
