Description:
Dordick Law Corporation, an award winning civil litigation personal injury law firm, is seeking experienced pre-litigation case managers with prior plaintiff experience. Our practice is primarily focused on catastrophic personal injury, negligence, product defect and road design. This is not a remote or hybrid position. You must be willing and able to work at our downtown Los Angeles or Beverly Hills office.
DESCRIPTION
As a pre-litigation case manager at Dordick Law, you’ll be working with an exceptionally talented team of dedicated legal practitioners. Duties include:
- Handling pre-litigation files from intake to the filing of the complaint
- Client onboarding and ongoing quality client contact
- Property damage/loss of use
Sending rep letters, letters of preservation, and other client documentationDrafting demand letters
Qualities needed:
- Spanish fluency - speaking, reading and writing
- Minimum 3 years PLAINTIFF personal injury pre-litigation experience
- Knowledge of the injury claim process with insurance companies
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology with regard to PI injuries
- Careful attention to detail
- Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and prioritize tasks
