About you: • Understand modern business challenges and effectively articulate the value of Not for Profit and Education solutions to organizations. • Provide in-depth product knowledge and skillfully address product-related questions during the sales cycle, particularly for Not for Profit and Education. • Communicate engagingly with prospects in person and via video conferencing, while translating complex business requirements into practical technical solutions. • Build strategic relationships with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success) and demonstrate a solid understanding of project implementation and support .Day-to-day, you will: • Translate client business requirements into tailored system solutions and prepare specific datasets to demonstrate client concepts. • Configure software in-depth and modify it to showcase proof of concept solutions during client meetings or webinars. • Support the sales and marketing teams at events, providing technical knowledge and answering queries related to ITTs and RFPs. • Lead discovery processes to enhance customer demonstrations, create video content for digital sales, and collaborate with product teams to address industry challenges. Your skills and experiences might also include: • Previous experience in PreSales, sales, or a not-for-profit industry role, demonstrating integrity, loyalty, and honesty. • Strong ability to engage with stakeholders of various roles and seniority within prospect organizations. • Self-motivated with excellent time management and communication skills, both written and verbal, while maintaining attention to detail. • Develop positive relationships with colleagues and clients, showing a commitment to self-development and the flexibility to travel as needed.
