Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Engineer – Cybersecurity to support our sales team by designing and delivering tailored cybersecurity solutions to prospective clients. The role requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust with clients by addressing their unique security needs. You will play a critical role in driving business growth by providing technical expertise throughout the sales cycle.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a pre-sales or technical consulting role, preferably in the cybersecurity domain.

Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection.
  • SIEM and SOAR platforms.
  • Threat intelligence and vulnerability management tools.
  • Cloud security and zero trust frameworks
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CISM, or similar are highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and understand customer cybersecurity requirements, pain points, and objectives.
  • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops on cybersecurity solutions to prospective clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, addressing technical queries and overcoming objections related to cybersecurity products and services.
  • Work closely with product, engineering, and implementation teams to align solutions with customer requirements and industry trends.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging cybersecurity threats, industry standards, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.
  • Support the transition from pre-sales to implementation, ensuring seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex cybersecurity concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, customer-centric mindset, and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support sales efforts.
