Description:
We are looking for a driven Pre-Sales Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in showcasing the value of our solutions to prospective customers. You will primarily be working with our Evitec Solutions Life solution and its customers. Your location can be either in Espoo, Finland or Stockholm, Sweden.
As a Pre-Sales Manager at Evitec Solutions, you will serve as a crucial link between our technical and sales teams. Your primary focus will be engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how our software solutions can address their challenges within the Life insurance sector. You will collaborate with sales, product management, and development teams to create tailored solutions, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and guide customers through the buying process.
6. TRAINING AND KNOWLEDGE SHARING:
- Train and support the sales team in understanding the technical aspects of our products.
Act as an internal subject matter expert for our solutions in the insurance industry.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 6 years of experience in the insurance sector, ideally with exposure to core insurance software solutions.
- Strong understanding of both technical and business aspects of software products for insurance.
- Fluent in both Swedish and English (spoken and written).
- Proven track record in client engagement, solution design, and supporting sales cycles in complex software environments.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and development.
