KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIRED :
- Proficiency in executing business cases
- Possess fundamental programming skills and technical communication abilities, particularly pertaining to servers and routers.
- Basic-intermediate level of knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to gather, interpret, and analyze data to make informed decisions, solve problems, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results and achieve goals within set timelines.
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
- The ability to navigate various scenarios and stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes in product-related discussions and decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clarity and assertiveness.
- Intermediate level of English (B1-B2)
- Basic knowledge of payment industry
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of practical experience in systems management, programming, or application integration, preferably within the payment industry.
- Basic-intermediate level programming knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Offer both virtual and in person technical assistance to executive presentations of both card-present and card-not-present products.
- Perform live or virtual demonstrations of the card-present product
- Gather technical requirements needed for the product to have a successful implementation
- Analyze businesses to identify those suitable for product adoption based on their infrastructure and operations.
- Provide initiatives that help demonstrate products by executives.
- Develop and implement technical training sessions tailored for businesses and executives to familiarize them with product features and functionalities.
- Identify potential opportunities that allow for clear and concrete offerings of our products, as well as opportunities for better profiling of the business and product to be offered.
