The Role: Pre-sales Specialist, Private Market Solutions – APMEA
The Private Markets team is seeking a highly consultative Pre-sales Specialist to join our APMEA team, based in Sydney Australia. The Pre-sales Specialist plays an integral part in several phases of the client lifecycle. You will be responsible for driving pre-sales activities, supporting revenue growth, and fostering client relationships in the region and assists our Implementation and Client Management teams post-close to ensure clients are getting the most value out of our solutions. The Pre-sales Specialist collaborates with the dynamic team of sales, solution architect, engineering, client management and technical support resources to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address client needs and are properly supported by key client decision-makers. This position is client-facing and plays a crucial role in engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and showcasing how our solutions can address their challenges effectively.
