Responsibilities:
As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Administering day-to-day on-boarding transactions including background screening, Pre-Hire Medical Check-up, Immigration and relocation support
- Ensuring all new hire compliance requirements, onboarding paperwork is complete and properly document evidence of compliance requirements met for future audits.
- Acting as a resource in responding to queries from new employee, hiring managers, and other stakeholders throughout the onboarding process.
- Coordinating, communicating and following-up with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth processes throughout onboarding of the employee.
- Creating, updating, maintaining appropriate documentation, standard operating procedures, “benefits at a glance” and work instructions
- Following the approval process and coordinate with appropriate legal or compliance personnel on employment contracts, employment law and legislation as appropriate.
- Supporting Data Integrity initiatives in all HR Systems
- Evaluating and supporting the employee and hiring manager experience throughout the on-boarding process
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have relevant experience in a corporate HR support role with a thorough understanding of HR policies and onboarding process.
- Have Bachelors in Human Resources or Social sciences background
- Have the ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Demonstrate high proficiency in HR processes, policies and standard operating procedures
- Be fluent in written and spoken English and have effective communication skills
- Be able to perform duties US working hour
