Precast Erection Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Erection Supervisor to join our team.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Well Educated (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree)
• Fluent understanding and speaking English & Arabic.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in precast concrete erection or structural installation.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the precast or construction industry.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Strong knowledge of precast erection techniques, lifting plans, and rigging operations.
• Ability to read and interpret structural and erection drawings.
• Familiarity with construction safety regulations and quality standards.
• Proficiency in using leveling instruments, measuring tools, and other erection-related equipment.

SOFT SKILLS:

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent coordination skills with various teams and departments.

• Supervise and coordinate the erection of precast concrete elements, including beams, columns, slabs, walls, and stairs.
• Ensure all work is carried out per construction drawings, method statements, and project schedules.
• Monitor crane operations, lifting plans, and rigging procedures to ensure safe and efficient handling of precast units.
• Inspect precast components upon delivery and before installation to ensure compliance with quality standards.
