Precision Agriculture Technician Program Evaluator

The Program Evaluator will consult with the program submissions team and Senior Management team for all related programs.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture, AgriTech, Environmental Science, or a related field.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in precision agriculture, AgriTech, or related technologies.
• Familiarity with PTIB standards and compliance requirements (preferred).
• Strong understanding of IoT, drones, and GPS technologies in agricultural operations.
• Experience in instructional design or curriculum development is an asset.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

• Expertise in precision agriculture technologies, such as sensors, drones, and automated systems.
• Knowledge of sustainable agricultural practices and resource optimization.
• Ability to integrate technical concepts into practical and actionable training content.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to collaborate effectively with academic teams.
• Analytical skills to ensure program alignment with industry trends and best practices.
