Role Overview: As our Precision Manufacturing Specialist, you’ll contribute directly under the stewardship of seasoned engineers, ensuring that our production always meets the high standards we set for ourselves.
- Understand and master customer and industry needs, becoming the expert in your domain.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Team, ensuring detailed proposals align with manufacturing insights.
- Validate and document production processes, guaranteeing they meet expected quality and delivery benchmarks.
- Develop Bills of Material and coordinate project timelines within our MRP system.
- Translate client specifications into actionable raw material and process requirements.
- Lead problem-solving initiatives, providing feedback to enhance our operational strategies.
- Continually refine job routers to meet cost, quality, and delivery goals.
- Ensure adherence to P1 and national manufacturing protocols.
YOUR SKILLS:
- Degree in Engineering/Mfg field
- Commitment to Continuous Improvement
- Strong communication proficiencies
- Experience in a manufacturing setting
- Adept with Microsoft Excel
