Role Overview: As our Precision Manufacturing Specialist, you’ll contribute directly under the stewardship of seasoned engineers, ensuring that our production always meets the high standards we set for ourselves.

  • Understand and master customer and industry needs, becoming the expert in your domain.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Team, ensuring detailed proposals align with manufacturing insights.
  • Validate and document production processes, guaranteeing they meet expected quality and delivery benchmarks.
  • Develop Bills of Material and coordinate project timelines within our MRP system.
  • Translate client specifications into actionable raw material and process requirements.
  • Lead problem-solving initiatives, providing feedback to enhance our operational strategies.
  • Continually refine job routers to meet cost, quality, and delivery goals.
  • Ensure adherence to P1 and national manufacturing protocols.

YOUR SKILLS:

  • Degree in Engineering/Mfg field
  • Commitment to Continuous Improvement
  • Strong communication proficiencies
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Adept with Microsoft Excel
