We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Wealth and Personal Banking team, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead, develop and manage the sales teams of Premier Wealth Relationship Managers (PWRMs).
  • Ensure achievement of the business objectives and deliver the branch performance measures in line with the defined business plan – I&I Revenue, Protection, New to Bank acquisitions, Net New Money, etc.
  • Create and maintain an environment where the Premier Wealth Sales Manager and their teams maximize performance in achieving the WPB business objectives while providing the highest sales quality and service standards.
  • Coach the PWRMs in generating referrals from the portfolio they manage.
  • Conduct Field Visit Observations (FVO)/ Live Observations on the job and coach PWRMs on sales skills based on these FVOs on a weekly basis.
  • Maintain the highest standards of risk management, control and compliance required by the Group, closely managing and driving the individual KPIs and collective performance of the team.

Requirements

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Graduation degree is a must to secure a UAE Visa and Work Permit.
  • Strong experience in sales & service in financial services industry some of which in the capacity of sales manager
  • Proven ability in team leadership and management
  • Proven ability in relationship management in the Retail/Wealth sector specific to Retail Distribution
  • Proven track record as a sales leader managing teams selling financial planning solutions to high-net-worth clients.
  • Experience developing sales strategies and successfully implementing them.
  • Strong Financial services knowledge and experience in building relationships with the clients.
  • Familiarity with financial markets and good knowledge of wealth management products including insurance & investments.
  • Strong selling and presentation skills regarding wealth / insurance & investment solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including influencing and relationship building.
