Description:
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Under the direction of the Vice President, Facilities the Premises Officer is responsible for the following:
- Provide courteous, efficient, and professional customer service to ensure inquiries, problems and issues are resolved promptly and effectively under all conditions
- Identify, resolve, or escalate service delivery issues and/or complaints
- Support the Facilities team in liaising with external vendors in the processing and payment of invoices.
- Maintain the annual fixed asset inventory list.
- Maintain seating charts for each floor
- Provide monthly facilities reporting to Vice President Facilities.
- May oversee small projects and able to direct Clerk in Facilities Manager’s absence to complete necessary tasks.
- Assist with mail, copy or records general work.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years related experience required
- Ability to provide consistent support prioritizing tasks based on departmental priorities
- Basic administrative skills, including basic software applications
- Basic English grammar and proofreading skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, providing high quality Customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate standard and specialized office equipment
