Description:

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Under the direction of the Vice President, Facilities the Premises Officer is responsible for the following:

  • Provide courteous, efficient, and professional customer service to ensure inquiries, problems and issues are resolved promptly and effectively under all conditions
  • Identify, resolve, or escalate service delivery issues and/or complaints
  • Support the Facilities team in liaising with external vendors in the processing and payment of invoices.
  • Maintain the annual fixed asset inventory list.
  • Maintain seating charts for each floor
  • Provide monthly facilities reporting to Vice President Facilities.
  • May oversee small projects and able to direct Clerk in Facilities Manager’s absence to complete necessary tasks.
  • Assist with mail, copy or records general work.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years related experience required
  • Ability to provide consistent support prioritizing tasks based on departmental priorities
  • Basic administrative skills, including basic software applications
  • Basic English grammar and proofreading skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, providing high quality Customer service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to operate standard and specialized office equipment
