WHAT YOU BRING

To thrive in this technical role, we’re looking for people with the following skills and experience:

• A solid understanding of web protocols, interfaces, and request handling.
• Experience with Micro Focus LoadRunner, especially in web or SAP GUI protocols. Alternatively, a strong background in C++ will suffice.
• Proficiency in Tricentis NeoLoad or similar load testing tools is required.
• If you have a scripting or development background, it can add value, especially if you lack load testing tool experience.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential to succeed in this role.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities will help drive collaboration across various teams within our organization.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Business Process Consultant / Senior Business Process Consultant, you’ll have a host of responsibilities focused on helping our customers maximize their systems’ efficiency and performance:

• Develop and maintain load testing scripts using leading tools like Micro Focus LoadRunner or Tricentis NeoLoad.
• Execute load tests on customer landscapes, evaluating performance and managing delivery scope.
• Collaborate closely with the SAP team to monitor and analyse test results, ensuring the results align with the expected benchmarks.
• Proactively contribute to the continuous improvement of load testing processes and methodologies.
• Provide technical expertise and support to the team in optimizing system performance.
