The VIP and Premium Services team oversees the commercial and category management of various offerings at Heathrow, including the VIP service, Fast Track option, Meet and Assist Services, Porters, Welcome Desk, and Independent Lounge Operations. The VIP and Premium Accounts Executive is comprehensive in scope, managing key customer invoicing processes and serving as the initial contact for data analysis requests from the team.

In this critical role, the Premium Services Data Officer will lead in accurately tracking and reporting monthly revenues and operational expenditures (Opex), supporting each category lead, finance, and the Business Support Team to prepare precise monthly Board reports. Additionally, the role requires building strong internal relationships with departments like Operations, Finance, Data & Analytics, as well as collaborating with third-party stakeholders, offering opportunities for professional development while safeguarding revenue in a team central to Heathrow’s service proposition.

  • Taking responsibility for managing customer billing and invoicing information across various categories.
  • Managing the monthly invoicing and purchase order cycles for different categories.
  • Establishing new Invoiced accounts and handle revenue reconciliation and debt management for all Embassies, Agencies and Airlines. Acting as the primary point of contact for client data inquiries and dispute resolution.
  • Collaborating with the Business Support Centre to handle billing and dispute resolution for a wider range of categories.
  • Supporting customer and airline communication, providing improved data and reducing the number of disputes raised.
  • Working with the broader VIP team to create customer-facing materials and supporting team lead to create presentations for external and internal audiences to showcase department strategy and plans.
  • Updating and monitor monthly operational expenditure and revenue reports to enable accurate tracking of budget expenditure to aid forecasting. Looking for opportunities to automate where possible.
  • Building relationships with third-party stakeholders e.g. Wilson James, Restaurant Associates and review budget and spending, challenging external partners where necessary.
  • Assisting the Business Development Manager (BDM) with onboarding resellers and agencies of VIP services.
  • Being the first point of contact and co-ordinate all VIP tour arrangements
  • Numerate and well organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong dedication to customer satisfaction and building relationships.
  • Comfortable in executing process but able to challenge and improve where opportunities arise Proficient in the practical use of Salesforce, Microsoft Excel and Power Point is essential, previous use of Power BI is desirable.
  • Ability to work across teams and across functions.
  • Tenacious and self-motivated, able to operate autonomously and balance priorities.
  • Ability to plan, prioritise and work to deadlines.Able to apply discretion and sound judgement in handling sensitive commercial data in an appropriate way, safeguarding documents to ensure their confidentiality whilst adhering to all Heathrow cyber policies and code of conduct concerning data management.
