QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

The successful candidate for this unique role will possess:

  • Previous experience in a similar senior role in a premium steakhouse
  • The technical skills, knowledge and expertise to execute a premium steakhouse/grill menu
  • Strong understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
  • Ability to supervise, train and motivate a team to deliver excellent food quality and service
  • Availability and working rights for full time employment (minimum 38 hours)
