QUALIFICATIONS ET COMPÉTENCES RECHERCHÉES

  • Capacité de porter jusqu’à 13 kg (30 lb) ;
  • Un horaire flexible et la possibilité de travailler lors de tous les quarts de travail : jours, nuits, fins de semaine et jours fériés ;

JOB SUMMARY

An important member of the room service team who , as a whole , is responsible for the replenishment and cleanliness of the hotel’s mini-bars. Pay attention to detail by ensuring that all rooms have a full mini bar and in excellent condition . Also participates in various deliveries of room service.

Core Responsibilities

  • Stock and replenish private bar items, and compute and relay guest charges accurately to Front Office;
  • Keep an accurate par if food items such as beverages and snacks, as well as non-food items like menu cards, napkins, straws, etc. on cart and in storage areas;
  • Clean and maintain in-room private/mini-bars; report damage, or malfunctioning units;
  • Check quality and expiration of all items; discard and replace according to established procedures;
  • Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact;
  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors;
  • Assist with room service tray removal;
  • Assist with delivery of in-room amenities;
  • Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors;
  • Assists in setting tray tables for delivery;
  • Walk guest floors and retrieve any Room Service-related items from guest floor/room;
  • Reports all incidents or unusual situations to the supervisor as quickly as possible;
  • Perform any other related tasks;

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in the same role, ideally in a luxury hotel environment;
  • Strong command of the French and English languages;
  • An affinity for guest service;
  • Good interpersonal skills;
  • Move about facility and stand for long periods of time;
  • The ability to carry up to 30lbs (13kg);
  • A flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts: days, nights, weekends and holidays;
  • The ideal candidate will also have a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask;
