Description:
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Solid understanding of the financial technology landscape including client experience, client management, reporting, portfolio management, order management, risk and accounting.
- Ideally 3+ years’ experience in the financial services or consulting industry, driving digital transformation with experience in client service.
- Entrepreneurial drive to build new client relationships and be a self-starter
- Experience building credibility and relationships with senior technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to analyse complex problems and use a systematic approach to gain resolution.
- Experience working with and leading multi-disciplinary teams (including engineers, business analysts, designers, implementation consultants, and C-level executives) to formulate digital solutions for clients.
- Proactive approach to sales with both the ability to lead as well as work within large and small teams.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deliverable deadlines.
- Superior presentation, business writing, and oral communication skills.
- Technical solution expertise.
- College/University degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospects and clients to uncover their most important business challenges, demonstrate the value of the InvestCloud platform, and shape solutions to address clients’ most urgent needs.
- Work directly with Sales Executives to position InvestCloud as the most powerful software solution in the industry to the investment management community.
- Drive the discovery process with prospective clients through expertise in financial markets, technology, and design.
- Present the unique InvestCloud story with empathy and passion to the full array of financial services firms (wealth managers, asset managers, banks, broker dealers, custodians, and TAMPs).
- Oversee and guide digital agency consultative exercises to bring each client’s differentiated story to life through digital design and comprehensive functional documentation while solutioning within the productised application suite.
- Collaborate with the product to team drive platform and app innovation.
- Achieve/exceed sales objectives through the expansion and growth of business relationships with new clients using a consultative and process-driven approach.
- Effectively and confidently facilitate client meetings, and provide thought leadership on digital experiences for clients and advisors.
- Gain experience and grow skills in multiple competitive disciplines including design, product development, finance, portfolio management, digital advice, consultative facilitation, deal structuring, and more.
