Description:

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Pre-Sales Consultant or similar role, preferably with a focus on Microsoft solutions and containerization.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Azure DevOps, Container technologies (Azure Kubernetes Services), Git, Docker, Jenkins and related areas for CI/CD.
  • Strong knowledge Azure automation, ARM templates, Biceps, Terraforms
  • In-depth knowledge in UNIX and Linux systems
  • Professional certification in DevOps or Containerization (e.g. Certified Kubernetes Administrator) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow.
  • Able to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver Azure DevOps and Automation solutions tailored to requirements.
  • Provide technical consultation and support to customers and prospects, answering their questions, addressing their concerns, and resolving their issues.
  • Advice and assessing existing DevOps processes and providing recommendations and solutions for implementation and improvement on CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
  • Provide guidance on infrastructure as code (IaC) and configuration management.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify sales opportunities and assist them in closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the product team on customer feedback, market trends, competitive analysis, and product enhancement suggestions.
  • Provide enablement trainings to both internal and external stakeholders.
